Meet the Chakradance Facilitator Duo - Maureen and Gillian

Here WE are! A chance for you to get to know me, Maureen, better - and also my friend and colleague Gillian. As women, we are sharing this perfectly imperfect journey together. We laugh at ourselves early and often! Two souls who found our friendship through an online training program at chakradance.com. As our schedule fits, we collaborate and connecting for a common cause: Souls looking to expand consciousness.

Maybe you want to explore blocks and barriers to your alignment. Chakradance helped me shed unwanted weight and it has made such a difference living through two major transitions in my life. Movement in menopause has also been important for my wellbeing.

    I am a former chef who is a walker, a grandmother also a member of The Grandmothers of Africa, and a lover of the water. Guess what! I am doing the annual Polar Dip to kick off 2024.
